We're Sean and Katy Gillon, the husband-and-wife team behind Gillon Contracting & Excavation, LLC. We founded our company in 2020 with a shared goal to provide quality, dependable land management services while building lasting relationships within our community. We're proud of the reputation for quality work, honesty, and reliability we've forged over the years, and even prouder to call the Upper Cumberland home where we're raising our three children.

Sean is a U.S. Army combat veteran, skilled equipment operator, and experienced project manager who brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and years of hands-on experience to every project. From planning and coordinating complex jobs to operating heavy equipment in the field, he takes pride in making sure each project is completed efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standards. Katy brings a background in agriculture, land management, and business operations, helping our clients navigate the process of turning their property plans into reality. Together, we believe in doing things the right way, communicating openly, and treating our customers and their properties with respect.

We understand how much these projects mean to the families who trust us with their properties, and we don't take that responsibility lightly. We're grateful for the opportunity to serve our community and would love to help bring your next project to life. Get in touch today. We look forward to working with you!
